Spoiled

Since the previously mentioned storm knocked out our marina’s wifi we have been without internet on our boat. The exception is that we can check email and browse a bit using our iPhones, but no internet “work” which includes no updating of this blog. We knew we would be wanting to beef up our internet capabilities before departing Kingston. The current lack of access really brings this “need” into focus.

I wrote the above paragraph yesterday while offline, intending to upload it once back in our office. This morning, while enjoying my brain-enhancing morning cup of java, I figured out how to “tether” my laptop to my iPhone via Bluetooth. I am now online in our boat, and posting to this Blog, using my cel phone’s internet services. Sweet!
