If this were easy everyone would be doing, right?
The Ham Radio study guide mentioned in our last post below arrived today. From web order to our door in approximately 36 hours. Not bad! We have already started taking turns reading the manual, which includes every possible test question on the exam. Sounds like we could have another fun quiz session with shots as penalties for incorrect answers!
Rebecca is beside me now, searching boat listings on her laptop. We have also been corresponding with a couple of owners who have their boats up for sale. We are anxious to get on with this but occasionally need to remind ourselves that our initial plan, put on paper just last October, called for a 3 year process to sever our land-based ties. We are taking daily steps to make it all come together much sooner than that, but also need to be patient.
Yes, this isn’t easy but we don’t mind. After all, who wants to hang out on crowded beaches?
