Adventurers everywhere!

Does anyone remember my posts about our friend Christian who visited us back in 2011? You may recall that he was on a walkabout of sorts, traveling around the world from Jiu-jitsu gym to Jiu-jitsu gym. He even went on to write a book about his journey entitled the The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Globetrotter.

Well, subsequent to that trip, Christian ended up creating a pretty successful martial arts organization, and has just recently sponsored two other vagabonds, a couple of Swedes with “viking blood in their veins,” who have purchased a little boat and intend to sail around the world. I don’t know much about their story beyond what is written on that link but it will be interesting to see how it all unfolds. Fair winds to them!
