Off to fight fires, and stuff
After an uneventful trip to Trinidad, and four hours sleep, I am now (6:00 AM) about to begin the commute to the university where the STCW course will be taking place. The only exciting part of the trip was getting pulled over by multiple automatic-weapon-carrying cops on the drive home from the airport because it was after curfew. I had forgotten about that! Good thing our host, Jason, did not forget and had picked up a pass at the airport.
Just kidding… they weren’t riding Segways.
I want to ride a Segway and shoot a gun at the same time. Where do I sign up?
