Sigh… money in, money out!

We have been having some reasonable success trading our stuff for cash. This is a good thing because I seldom see boats being traded for old furniture and appliances! But, as Murphy’s Law would have it, we found out this morning that in order to fulfill the final condition of our house sale it is going to cost us at least a thousand bucks. Sigh! Oh well. I guess this will get us conditioned for all of those unplanned boat expenses that will no doubt crop up more frequently than desired.
