When first introduced to the TRX, what seemed like a ridiculously simple strap apparatus, I wasn’t completely sold on it. It wasn’t until a friend put us through a workout that I came to realize just how this device can make a simple conditioning session extremely challenging with just a few adjustments. The wide variety of exercises that can be done with the TRX makes it fun to work out with (read: not boring). Mike and I have even come up with some new exercises of our own, sometimes combining two or three motions together to make it a super all-body workout. Although in the past, I trained with weights, for the past 2 years or so, the TRX has been my sole source of strength training.

I use the TRX almost everyday, changing up the workout each time. Sometimes I will follow one of the workouts provided by Fitness Anywhere but just as often, I will come up with my own, trying to make it as demanding as possible.
