Something different: Freestyle dance montage
For your Sunday viewing, I am posting this montage of me doing a freestyle dance workout. I wasn’t sure about posting it but since being great at what you love is not necessary, I decided that I would. It’s important to remember that you should spend time doing what makes you happy, and not worry about what others think. Be fearless in pursuit of your passion!

While dancing is not for everyone, it is the one thing that I have always been passionate about. It has been a big part of my life, and I will continue to dance whenever I have the opportunity to, and for as long as my body is able.
When I dance I am free to be me
Dance gives me a sense of freedom. I get lost in my own little world when I start to move to music. It allows me to bring out the graceful side of me and to be able to focus on balance, coordination, flexibility, and creativity. I may not be great; I may look ridiculous, but that’s ok. All that matters is that I enjoy it — I am after all, free to be me!

Are you kidding???? That was great! There was a lot of grace and power in those moves. I think it was even cooler because I know a bit about your back ground and broad talents. I think maybe in this case you are your own toughest critic.
Thanks. I filmed myself so I could see what I need to improve on since I can’t dance in front of a mirror anymore. It was helpful for me to see those areas that do need improvement. Now I have some things I can work on!
