Santa ain’t the only one with a big sack
Santa won’t be the only one traveling with a large sack of presents this December. No, Rebecca will have a similarly-sized one on the return leg of her journey to the US.
A side benefit to cruisers traveling home is that they get to return with stuff. Stuff that either can not easily be obtained in the islands or when it can, it’s more expensive. Rebecca has a big list of things to purchase, including some Dollar Store items. We also have a number of packages being shipped to California for her to pick up. Readers may be happy to hear that a GoPro Camera is among those items, and it was safely delivered yesterday. Ho ho ho!
If I had more time I would have tried to Photoshop Rebecca’s face onto Santa’s body. 🙂
My son LOVES his GoPro, he uses is when he’s Rally Racing, they mount it between the driver and co-driver. We can see everything they see as they are driving. He’ll tell us “coming up on the right is a turned over car that’s on fire!…. Did you see it? Let me play it back….” Boys and their toys!
That sounds like a great use for the camera.
Mike,
Interested to hear your thoughts on the “gopro camera”, since you mentioned it I too have thought about buying it.

You’ll definitely read about it!
Enjoy that GoPro camera! I covet it! Glad you have it, and I’m looking forward to even more specacular pics!
They will come!
I am trying to figure out where this comment should go, into the adult rated department or the kids?
🙂
Hi Mike,
I follow your blog, but I am now reading it from the beginning
I came across some of the stuff you bought, and wondered if you used it much.
What do you think today about the clamptite tool? Would you buy it again? Did you use it much?
Thanks for sharing your experiences,
Stefan.
Hi Stefan
Check out this link where I talk about the clamptite and also the pages that are linked on it:
