On our first trip south Rebecca and I crossed paths with a husband and wife on a boat named Never Bored. In retrospect, that’s a very good name as it perfectly describes our time on the water. We learned from the father in our most recent set of guests that his biggest hope was that his two active teenage boys would not be bored during the trip. I think it’s fair to say that those fears were put to rest almost immediately.

With beautiful weather every day, we were able to share with our guests some of the best that the Virgins have to offer. They swam, snorkeled and hiked. They played on the kayaks and on the paddle boards. They had fun being towed on the tube and on the SUPs (yes, Mom and Dad too). And in the evening, we all enjoyed playing games. Bored? Who has time to be bored?

The trip was awesome. You both made it fun and enjoyable for the entire family. You also made sure that nobody would be bored staying on the boat, especially the boys. It seemed like both of you went out of your way to make sure that we ALL had a great time! — Paul G.

This trip surpassed all of my expectations! I was concerned that we may feel confined or not have enough to do during the day, and especially the evenings. That was not the case. It was a perfect amount of activities and rest, with some “brain” time during our vicious Catch Phrase games. Mike and Rebecca were awesome, very knowledgeable, anticipated our needs, and very accommodating. Rebecca is a great Chef and a very hardworking First Mate. She deserves a raise! It was a wonderful trip that I would recommend to anyone. The only complaint was that it went too fast! — DeeDee G.

  1. Mike and Rebecca I have been following your blog since long before you started your One Love business. I have never written/messaged you but tonight I felt compelled to do so.
I just have to say that I am SO happy for you guys to have found a way to make a career out of your dreams! I’m sure the work is hard and money is sometimes probably a little tight but I can tell you wouldn’t trade any of it for all the world. My husband and I are madly in love with the Caribbean and especially the BVI and USVI, and while I have checked your prices and dont think its anywhere in our near future, we do enjoy a week or two every year that we are able to find a nice deal on a cottage or villa rental. I would be thrilled to stumble upon you guys some day, and maybe buy you a Painkiller and hear some of your stories!
Anyway I’m rambling now but I just wanted you to know I get so much joy from following your blog and again, I am infinitely thrilled for both of you!!
I wish you much happiness and continued smooth sailing!!
    Rhonda (from Michigan!)
